It depends on you.I mean,if you are happy,why should you move?Remember,it might seem all hunky dory to be in Aus,but you will have problems when you shift.Any shifting is troublesome,and should be done ONLY when needed.

My friend it is very difficult to grab the opportunity when you want but when you get this that time you become double minded. So be cool and think what is better for you. But there is one more thing, India is India so don't settle there. Earn and return back to your motherland.

Rs.40,000/-per month is a decent income in India and sufficient for a moderate living.  However, if he gets far better offer in Australia, it is upto him to consider the offer..
