  1. depends on what ticket you win. you tell the day you want to leave and return and they will find a ticket on the first airline that accepts your bid. It may be a morning flight it may be an evening flight. Once you get someone to accept your bid you will know the price. It's a great savings but if you have to leave at a particular time you may not get that time. You will get the day you want though

  2. It can be any time between early morning and late in the evening.  They tell you AFTER you've paid, at which point you cannot get a refund.

So, you should only do it if you're okay with flying at literally any time of the day (well, except the middle of the night - they do say they won't do that to you).

Another option if you're wanting to do some activity at your destination at a particular time is you could just go a day earlier.  But then you'd need to pay for another night's hotel stay, unless you're staying with friends/family.

I've always wanted to do priceline...I've just never been in a situation where their requirements would actually work for me.
