Well in the men's tennis at Wimbledon they have to play best out of 5 sets don't they.  So after 2 sets it wouldn't matter even if he had won them as if he was taken off in a straight jacket the game would be awarded to his opponent as Rafa had not completed the match (like had to withdraw) and even if he could complete the match the mental breakdown would influence his game for the worse you would think.
