  1. It's a meaningless question but just for fun I'll answer "NO" to it.

I'm more interested in Jason's answer.  Religion is the general term for systems of belief in the unmeasurable.  Some religions believe the soul passes to another living being or is reborn "in the flesh".

Evolution is a theory on the origin of species (but not on the origin of life itself).  Acceptance of Darwin's theory of evolution is perfectly compatible with "religion" though some reject it for religious reasons.  The Catholic Church, for example, accepts the theory of evolution and encourages serious scientific inquiry.  It doesn't accept reincarnation, but I don't see a reason why one couldn't believe in a religion espousing reincarnation, while accepting evolution as well.

  2. Well, I guess you are sorta using logic but it is going all over the place. Evolve means to go from one to another, it doesn't mean going towards advancement or, at least, human type advancement. It is going toward a fit in it's environment. You can say that all life is related but the term "species" breaks it down for organization purpose. I suppose those that believe in reincarnation do think that the spirit is advancing and Christians think that we are reincarnated when being "born again." Which is spiritual advancement. Nothing is really accident because creationist think it is by a plan and evolution says it is trying to fit in the enviroment. No, the biggest mistake is that religion says spiritual advancement, not human body advancement and evolution is saying, well, you may be failing its test. lol

  3. no, umm, no.

evolution isn't a linear process, therefore all species are equally as evolved as we are and because of changing environments, they could never evolve in to homo sapiens.

  4. What are you talking about. None of the beliefs you listed are facts. Even evolution, which is the soundest idea of the trio, is still considered a theory and not a law.

    What the h**l is evo-carnating?

Further, reincarnation, religion and evolution could never all be true. If any one were true, the other two would automatically be disproven. I wasted my time here. Since I wrote it, i'll submit it.

  5. Sorry, kept having flashbacks of "Groundhog Day" running through my head.

As I follow your post it seems you're thinking we humans reincarnate, via a stop in some sort of heaven/h**l and are then sent back to further evolve towards something?

Doubtful. Look at the human body. It's built better to be on the horizontal (as my back is telling me) and drain from the nasal area doesn't drip out. Instead it's swallowed. Not a good design.

As for religion, which flavor do you prefer? Certainly not all can be right and other then "My sacred text says it. I believe it and that settles it." proof is debatable.

You start out with at least three unproven assumptions and make a stunning leap to a conclusion. Go back and review
