Bad match up for the Rock. Styles make fights. Holyfield was exceptional counter puncher and The Rock wasn't known for his defense and he cut easily. Holyfield doesn't knock The Rock out. Evander by late round TKO (due to cuts on Marciano) or he wins a split decision.

If you give Evander counter punching opportunities, he's going to beat you to death.  That's all Tyson did, and we saw what happened.  Bad matchup for Marciano, who loses a late TKO by cuts.  Box scientifically against Evander, and he has a world of trouble generating big punching power.

I think Marciano would take out Holyfield by UD. Nobody is gonna get KO'd in this one, Marciano and Holyfield both had granite chins. I think Marciano would outslug Holyfield on a toe to toe level.

Holyfield was better than marciano in every way except stamina. Marciano was slow and easy to counter punch. He bled easily and he was easy to hit. Holyfield would beat him in four rounds (and that's stretching it)

Holyfield had a chin just as good as Marciano,but hit harder and was a far better all round boxer too .and didn't mark up which is something that Marciano did very easily, he was all so quite slow and marciano didn't fight to many fighters who could hit like Holyfield could. so i'd say Holyfield would win by late stoppage, or by a big margin

a wanna see fight holyfield too clever though..an awesome fight we all would love to see or maybe the rock would take him out?..either duran v leonard 1 or two?.if you get what I mean..in a one off?..holyfield a bit too wary and marciano a bit too slow,either way!!!could be great could be bad

Holyfield's number one weapon was his head.  He'd lead with this head right into Rocky's face like he did with 90% of his fights, cut Rocky and get away with the headbutt.
