in a game nobody is indespencible. Sachin is a very good player. but no one can predict that if was present mumbai indians had a chance of winning.

and while chasing or batting - yes one batsman can take over

like McCullum did. But no one can have repeat performances.

   Tittu here,sachin is a great player he is capable of manging a team but current position of mumbai indians is worst  so it will be very hard to tendulkar & co to get into semi's.

sachin tendulkar is a legend, and his presence on the feild is enough to reguvinate and guide the youngsters. he is the best batsmen, and on his day, can take a bowling attack apart with masterful stroke play, and no slogs
