If scoot hall had stayed off of the acchol would have he been world champ in wcw or wwe?

I think he is one of the gretest of all time and yes. I know he did not need the title i, but hogan did not need it and he had it all the time. If they had focused on more guys like chris jericho,, dean malenko or even rey mysterio or eddie gurreuo they would have WCW might be in business. And don't forget about vampiro.

i believe that he could have been champion during his razor ramon days and he could have been champion while he was in WCW.

he had the size and the charisma.

being champion didn't mean much to scott hall.

I doubt WCW would still be in business they made a lot of mistakes finically (other then just sign the in their prime stars from WWF/WWE), but to answer your question if Scott Hall would have been the world champ if he had stayed off the alcohol, there is no doubt in my mind, he and Kevin Nash had a flair for the business, he was incredibly athletic, smart, and was great on the mic, it's a shame he just couldn't get his vices in order.
