  1. no, turkey is not safe if it's slightly pink don't eat it and if I were you I would take it back to the deli


  2. NO! Chicken and turkey should be properly cooked because of salmonela and other not so nice bugs and bacteria...pink is not a colour I associate with this meat...pink means no

If it was something you cooked at home I would say reheat it, but like most lunch meat the turkey breast is cured in a brine solution and either baked or steam cooked, and with the preservatives and other additive they use it is not a salmonella issue, the deli buys it that way and is safe to eat.
