If so many people call"witch doctors" a superstition why do?

they still go to the doctor and use medicine ,., which was barrowed from africans and their witch doctors anyway.,it came here with slavery just like it did to other countries and as you can see by public medical participitaion it works,., but too often we want to contribute anything to modern technology and/or science which if we dont truly understand sickness,.., is rude to people who are interested in things that affect peoples lives

people cant see thier surroundings ,., becuase if they could they would have the answer to any question they get from it so they just want something that stays in their thoughts becuase that is where it is real
