If some one calls your cell from a different country do you get charged international?

My boyfriends nephew is on our cell plan and some one has been calling him from Guatemala and were are in the US. And I'm the one that get stuck paying the bill

  1. yes you do, but if you call they can block all international calls.


  2. You don't get charged international rates for a call  you receive.  You would only get charged for the minutes you used.
