  1. nope we are both part of the EU you wont need a visa to visit, live or even work!

but if you want to work you will need to fill in some tax forms and get a NI number

    :)

  2. NO, you are fine. You can move within Europe, (EEC countries) without problem, you may have to fill up a paper that you´ll get in the plane before you arrive to your destination, either one away to other.

  3. If you want to be sure, answer the questionnaire below:

    http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/servlet/Front?...

  4. Your residents card does not give you any rights in the UK.  Your status in the UK depends on your nationality.  What passport do you hold?  If you are a visa national then you need a visa regardless of your resident status in an EU country.

You could be given a limited amount of time to transit the UK without a visa that is the only concession.

Only EEA/EU Nationals have treaty rights of free movement.  Family dependents of EEA/EU nationals can also benefit when accompanying an EEA/EU National Exercising Treaty Rights (living and working) but not necessarily just for visits.

You can move between countries in Schengen without a visa and of course that does not include the UK.

  5. If you don´t hold an EU passport, you need a Visa to enter UK from Spain.
