Yes, you can. No one can give you permission to do something illegal.

In some states, one of the elements to assault is causing injury without consent.  In this case, he consented by telling you to hit him. However, you can still both be charged with disorderly conduct and/or disturbing the peace.

It would depend on the hit, Aggravated assault is aggravated assault whether invited or not. Maybe, not in Texas. They do have a funny way of prosecuting the law in that state.

well if you have it tape recorded or independant witnesses then maybe not. but it seems like a dumb question as to why you need to be violent to start off with.

only places are martial art places where you can invite people to attack you and you defend yourself for sport but i think this is too dumb

Yes you can be. Just because somebody tells to do it does not mean you should.

Depends.  If nobody sees it, it will be hard to prove unless there are injuries since nobody can arrest anybody for a misdemeanor (simple assault) committed without an officer's presence.  Other than that think about the big inconvenience you are creating.  Being locked up, charged and then preparing for arraignment and then trial.
