A psychologist, a psych-analyst ot a psychiatrist?

and one more thing. Sometimes I have a date and time in front of me, and I add the date's number and it's six, for example. So, I add the time's number, wanting to find out whether it's six, too. is this a symptom of OCD? I already know it's very likely I have OCD, but I need this info.

  1. This doesn't sound like ocd. It sounds like you're desperate to have something interesting about yourself. But if you're really worried just go to the doctor for a start.

  2. Don't guess!

Your doctor could put you in touch with a psychiatrist.

Maybe ring NHS direct (if you are in the UK) or check with your medical centre and ask if there is a local "drop in" mental health centre where you can get advice without an appointment.

  3. Yes, it sounds like OCD. See a psychiatrist, they are the most educated and are very helpful.

    Good luck to you

  4. No it's not. Don't worry.
