  1. If somebody hits you, it would be their fault and they would pay for your damages which would have no effect whatsoever on your insurance rates.

  5. No it shouldnt, but ring your insurance company and ask.  

  6. If someone hits you in the parking lot and leaves, you have no information on them and you call to file a claim yes your insurance will go up. IF someone hits you , police are called and report is filed the police will report who was at fault. If your at fault and file a claim your insurance will go up.
