  1. it depends how, if he comes illegaly and they catch him the US government would ban him for life and there would be minimum chances that any country in the world would approve any kind of visa for him because of that ban.

if he attempts to come as a tourist, it's not gonna work because obviously the customs officer will find out and he/she will deport that person immediately.

after someone's deported, there's a 10 year ban, so just be patient and wait for 2018.

  2. No, they'll just be deported again until they apply for their green card.

Get the goshdarn GREEN CARD AND PAY TAXES LIKE US LEGAL CITIZENS!!

  3. Yes.  Also, at that point the person becomes inadmissible for life.

  4. They where a criminal the first time they entered this country illegally, if they returned they can get jail time, something else taxpayers are paying for, if deported and they return again, they should receive the harshest punishment of all.

    Report and Deport!!!!

  5. Yes.

  6. It is not true that if someone is deported they are banned - whether it be for 10 years or for life or whatever. It depends on the circumstances, the money you have and who you know.

HOW I know this... A "sister" company has employed the same immigrant four times. Each time, he was caught and deported. The very last time, the company finally decided to sponsor him and help him get his visa so he could be here legally and stop the deportation cycle so he could work w/o interruption.

So, as you can see, it all depends on the circumstances, money and connections - even here in the good ol' USA.

  7. They already became a criminal when they decided to ignore a sovereign nation's immigration laws when they snuck in the first time. This is happening at an alarming rate and should inspire people to demand that the government build the d**n fence already!!!

  8. No because each offense is considered a separate incident. Basically think of it along the lines of multiple traffic tickets.

  9. they should be considered a criminal from the start because they are here illegally and are called illegals! Lasttime I checked, if you break the law then you are a criminal
