First you keep your cool and make sure to smile.Calmly answer their question or concern.People in the group will respect you.There is a quality to a person that can stay calm under fire.

Depends. If it was a man yelling at me i would tell him to meet me outside so we could settle it like cavemen. if it was a woman yelling at me i would leave her to my lady. who wouldn't wait until they were outside before resorting to caveman tactics.

Depends on so many factors. need more info to answer. If its some homeless guy in the street I'd walk away and watch my back. if its a significant other I'd walk away and he'd better watch his back. If its some random person b*tching at me about something I'd fight back.

There is something funny I discovered works good; you say "I`m not talking to you", and the shouting usually stops at once. It´s confusing I guess and paralyzes the Freaked-out.

Someone who feels the need to shout at someone else to get their point across is probably a complete idiot, so i would feel safe in the fact that i am cleverer than them and i would probably say something witty to them to make them look stupid in front of all the other people.
