  1. From my understanding, most people born on the leap year will celebrate their birthday either a day late or a day early (they still age normally) but on the leap year they'll throw a special celebration for their "real" birthdate.

  2. If they want to stay young they will celebrate once every leap year.

Usually the person chooses an honoury birthday either the day before or day after.

  3. This almost happened to my little sister. She was born on a leap year but was lucky for it to be the 28th.

Anyway, my mum said she would have just celebrated her birthday on the 28th. I think that's what most people would do. Celebrate it on the 28th or the 1st March.

  4. yes, every 4 years, or celebrate it on the 28th of July or 1st of August!

  5. Maybe they just celebrate at midnight of the 28th to the 1st?

  6. They usually celebrate their birthday on the 28th or the 1st of March but my uncle feels its only right if he clebrates his b-day on the 29th after every 4 years :)
