  1. Do the right thing. Offer to clean his cubicle out next.

  2. Two Suggestions:

    1) Use their kitchen sink as a toilet.

    2) Put a dead fish in their heating ducts in the house.

These solutions will offer a potent reminder not to use your personal property as a receptacle for fish innards.

  3. They should pay for damages if there is any.

  4. First off that is disgusting!

Second off, there is nothing you can really do about it now, the damage has been done, but i guess you just don't let that person borrow anything or if you do you just ask them to make sure they return it in the same condition you gave it to them in.

  5. By taking the fish stinking wet vac and placing it gently on their head.

  6. I would just politely comment to the person that used it, that next time it would be nice if they could clean it out after they use it. Unfortunately since the damage is already done there really is not much else that you can do.
