If someone calls me from another country, will I pay more for it than if someone called me from my town?

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but I don't know anything about calling internationally. Any extra advice?

  1. As far as I know the person calling you handles the bill. So if you're answering the phone and not the one calling them, then it's free.
