  1. No because the person that got called on might kill or hurt etc. the person that called the cops on them.

  10. You do not have the right to know who called.  But you do have the right to face your acusors in a court of law.  That means that if you are arrested for whatever they called on, you plead not guilty and the callers have to appear to testify.
