on some cells it cost like$2.50 a minute

It will not cost you anything at all, as it is the one who makes the call who pays the bill, as long as your are at home in USA.

The lowest price I know about is 4 cents a minute from a Mobil phone to a Mobil phone from EU to USA.

2,50 US dollar a minute is far to much, get another operator.

yeah itll cost because thats an international call. like, its out of the USA so it'll cost quite a bit of money ..
