  1. no, only if the charges were reversed and you accepted


  2. No, they pay for that call, unless they call collect, and you accept the charges.

  7. Not unless the operator asks you to accept the call. Check your account on line for recent calls if you have the facility from your provided. If someone has accepted a transfer charge call on your line it will be listed.
