If someone came up to you and started talking to you ( like a little girl) what would you do??

I talk back to them - I get that nearly everyday in the job I do. Some kids just love to talk, and I feel it's rude to ignore anyone.

I address them as a small person, if they say hello I return the greeting, however I leave quickly so I'm not accused of being a pervert, even just glancing at a kid is dangerous these days.

Um...talk to them. I like meeting new people and I've heard little kids say the funniest, cutest, and sometimes the wisest things. :)

in this day and age i would make sure there were other people present or nearby,if in a school room i would make sure the door was open so others could see in, if in a shopping mall i would ask if her parents were with her, if not i would call security. in a melbourne shopping mall a security guard told my wife and i, that it was common for some parents to drop their kids off at those play corners, you know, the swings and roundabouts, while they ,(the parents ) went to a movie or a nearby bar

if they were talking to me as if they are a little girl I would probably talk like an adult back to them.

if they started talking to me like I am a little girl I would probably want to tell them my true age (but wouldn't).

I'd probably talk back with her...of course id kneel down to her level so I woudn't intimidate her.  But, I tend to be a gabby gus....I like to talk to people alot.
