  1. Yes you can. However, before starting you will have to contact your lender and bring your account current. It will take a lot of work on your part, but you can do it and you will also be able to get grants and student loans to attend school again.


  2. If you default on a student loan, you may attend that school or another school, but you won't be eligible for financial aid while you do (grants or loans).  You will have to resolve the default before you will be eligible for financial aid anywhere.

    You can rehabilitate the loan by consolidating or by making 6 on time monthly payments voluntarily.  Contact your lender/servicer/guarantor for details.  Once rehabilitated, you will again be eligible for federal and state financial aid programs.  Good luck.

  4. Yes.  If you have the money to pay for it without needing financial aid.
