No, sometimes I lose track of time for an hour thinking about the awesomeness of it all....and then I praise.

Always.  Too many people are very quick to put people down, so I'm always in for the compliments when they are deserved.

I sometimes search for the right words ad stumble over them before realizing that I waited too long. Quick praise while often sincere is often incomplete. I like to be thorough.

Contradicting my dearest Hare, I must say that the compliment is not necessary to sound thorough and complete grammatically!  People can just feel what is sincere and from the heart, even when words are not the right ones but ...somewhere there!! xx

Although I  make it a conscious point of complimenting, praising and being encouraging when it is deserved (and sometimes even when it is not) every once in awhile there are some irritating and annoying people that I do not because their qualities are shadowed by their personalities. Which is too bad because I think they are the ones that need it the most.

I also make a conscious effort not to criticize and be judgmental (and sometimes I even succeed)
