If someone died in an apartment that you will be renting does management have to tell you about it?

Actually by law if you buy a house and you ask they have to put it in the disclosure if someone died. Whether it was murder, suicide, or natural.

Even if you buy a house , they are under no obligation to tell you what happened previously in the house.
