If someone dies while having s*x with another person is it still considered necrophilia?

This is not meant to be gross, me and a friend were wondering what it would be considered.

well it depends on if the person continues and know that the other is dead...in which case it would in fact be necrophelia

Edit-Sorry I have to remember to use logic. If we accept the definition of necrophilia to be a sexual attraction for or sexual intercourse with dead bodies then, the person having s*x with the person who just died would have to still enjoy the s*x knowing that their partner was dead to be considered as having necrophilia.

THE PERSON OR PERSONS WHO practice these kind are those personnel working in a FUNERAL PARLOR. Yes never heard yet of people before they embalm them they have s*x with the dead body. For example the victim died of a vehicular accident, and was taken to a funeral parlor therefore the body is still warm, and if the victim is very attractive woman let say like Britney Spears these people pleasure themselves first before they remove the blood of the decease one. I know it is sick but people actually do these kind of stuff. These habit is the same with those voyeurism, masturbating while watching women undress themselves in a room.
