  1. Depends on your state laws; but, I would think yes.  What state are you in?


  2. Call City Hall / Town Hall tomorrow

    and find out

  3. I don't think any state has requirements greater than 30 days, so you would be ok right now.  I am sure some have a lot less than that as well.  Call your local election commission if you need to know what's up in your area.

  4. Depends on the state, but in Texas the last day to register is October 6, 2008.
