You are a virgin until you have sexual intercourse (p***s in the v****a), although some people consider oral s*x to be full s*x and an indicator of such, but that is a matter of personal opinion.

A hymen can be broken by a number of things such as horseback riding, tampon use, and yes, fingering.  But the presence or lack of presence of a hymen is not an actual indicator of virginity.  Some girls are born without a hymen at all.

Im not fully sure but I heard that anything having to do with oral or even enetraton counts as s*x... so i guess your not but then again everyone has their ideas.
