If someone gets sent to jail for 3 years.....is it possible to get them out of it with money?

i don't know anyone in jail, but i'm just wondering because it seems like if you're rich you can get out of anything.

a good lawyer can help you stay out of jail, but if you are sentenced to jail..you go...look at rich Martha Stewart or Mike Vick.

if the person is already sentenced there is no luck in buying his way out. but you could appeal the case if you think that he was unfairly sentence or tried. he may be able to get out on bail during the duration of his appeal

Money doesn't get you out of jail. Money can help you get a good legal defense, but plenty of rich people still get convicted when they break the law. Just cause you have money doesn't mean you can "get out of anything".

Its completely immoral but , yes, money can get you out of anything.

Typically once you are sentenced no amoutn of money will help you.

There are plenty of "rich" people in jail and prison throughout the US and western Europe.

Money can buy you a good legal team and your own investigators, but often that isn't enough. money can also help you while on the run, but sooner or later things catch up with you.

In England ,if you have money you buy your freedom by employing a top barrister before the bang up.

In the UK, money does not buy you out of jail. As for a top barrister being able to do so, I am not so sure. It may help the odds in your favour, but that won't necessarily be an asset in front of a jury.
