  1. i would think yes if the person is still harrassing you after you got the order-it would be a violation of the order


  2. The order itself is not a criminal offense. What you did to justify the order may be, and violating the order definitely is.

  3. Being served a restraining order is not a criminal allegation.  However, you can go to court (usually) and contest the restraining order if you feel that it is too imposing and the means in which it was obtained were false...  Good luck

  4. If they got a "Restraining Order" by a judge order in CA...........YES
