Yes, but technically, you would take an anti-helminthic, not an antibiotic.

Certain other non-intestinal parasites cannot be excreted in the bowel movements, but they die and either degenerate or encyst in body tissue. Often the cysts cause no harm, but some cysts, especially those in the brain, may cause trouble at some time in a person's life.

Yes, they p**p it out.  It could be surgically removed if needed but pooping is a much easier and safer option.
