If someone has a stolen phone will tmobile still let you use it?

I'm not sayen no names I'm just wondering;

If someone has a sidekick lx stolen off of a tmobile truck or taken from a retailer by a tmobile salesperson and sold to someone can the person that bought it off of that person still activate the phone and use it?

Just answer the question please,dnt tell me it's wrong or illegal cuz i'm just asking and would apprieciate some help

They will most likely disconnect it. Check that, they will disconnect it.

yes the phone wont be lock or something the phone will still work all you need is the simcard from T-mobile also if you unlock it you can use it with other carreer like At&t
