  1. criminal offence will b permanent, but wont b flagged over a long period of time. But if a backround check is done youll find it with some searching

  2. Pretty much for the rest of your life. But there is a slight possibility you could work with the cops to clear your record. Such as randsom where you demand that they clear your record so they could charge you with another record.

  3. Unfortunately, for ever and ever.

  4. For life.

  5. for the rest of there life, even if they are under 17 it will stay on record

  6. Forever!

  7. forever

  8. sorry i dont understand your question but i think he gets a jail timeout from 15 to 25 yrs depending on the degree of that assault whether it was severly high calss or a low class .

  9. if you have been convicted of any offence it will be held on record forever.  if you were charged as a juvenile contrary to popular belief it is still held on record and not wiped as some think.

  10. In the UK, it stays on until the police update their computer system and lose the info!

If you are asking how long it is valid for and how long you have to declare it if asked, it depends on what sentence you receive - see http://www.lawontheweb.co.uk/rehabact.ht... for a breakdown of periods.

    Hope that helps.

  11. Forever mate.

  12. Forever, but after five years you're not obliged to disclose it to a potential employer. M.

  13. Forever unless you request an expungement of your record.

Ways that affect an expungement include:

Having no record before the sentance

that you complete probation without any incidents

    the seriousness of the assault.

It depends were you live in the UK.It becomes less importand after a while but in the US law differ from state to state.

  14. Unless they are a juvenile then forever

  15. Always.

  16. Permanently.  Even if you get your record "expunged", the convictions still show up when the police search your name.
