If someone have Arkansas Medicaid what will it cover?

Will it pay for if some one wants to get a tubal Reversal?

if the Dr. in Mountain View says i can get Preg. if i get a Tubal Reversal will Arkansas Medicaid cover it at all if some will they cover all of it or how much will they cover?

OK, any doc guaranteeing a tubal reversal is a quack.  The reversal success percentage is about 30%.

Medicaid won't cover it at all.  No insurance will - it's a voluntary procedure.

Medicaid (from any state) will only cover what is medically necessary. This procedure does not fall under that category.
