  1. No get in line. what a dumb question.

  2. Marriage does not and cannot absolve guilt acquired by invading my country.

  3. Definitely, you just have to file your papers.  If you go to an attorney they will most likely start by filling out the form I-130 and then go from there on.  He won't have to leave the country immediately, after a couple of months maybe even a year they will let you know when he needs to leave the country.

If you haven't married yet, you can petition him a visa, but I think he needs to be in Mexico.  The visa would let him enter the U.S. and you'll be able to marry in the U.S. and continue from there on.

  4. Yes.  I think they would have to return to Mexico and then apply for that person the legal way though. But of course, wait times would be a lot shorter.

  5. yes of course, my friend didit and it worked for him, like it or not

  6. no. They will have to get in line and take a number, like all others do, to be legalize.

  7. Yes, it's probably the easiest way to get a green card. It will take a while and the person from Mexico will have to go back to Mexico for 1-2 years for being here illegal.. but it is possible. Hope you're marrying for love though..

  8. No marriage does nothing for an illegal. Why not use your imagination to figure out how to do it the legal way.

What about Mexico's education and parenting system produces people that look always for the wrong way to do things?

  9. yes that can happen

  10. If they crossed into Mexico and were married there the spouse  could file the paperwork and pay the fees. Once the application is processed the Mexican would be issued papers and they would become legal. Other then the wait there should be no problems as the government just wants its fees.

  11. I'm sorry MS, Razor Jim and Ethan Rodriguez but you are wrong on this one!!!!!.

If an illegal immigrant get married with a US citizen that change A LOT!!!, he get pathway for legalization, anyway the illegal immigrant have to ask file letters for forgiveness and have to leave the country for almost a year  it's complicated but he will get his green card one day .

I know an ex-illegal immigrant that did that.

  12. It is possible.

Puerto Ricans are US  citizens They have to get married and then the PR'n have to apply for his spouse green card.
