  1. This question does not really deserve an answer since it won't happen. Why would you want someone Else's picture on your license? After the test is passed, the person taking it goes in and gets the license picture taken. (in most States) If you are under 18, your parent also needs to be there. As to your actual question, yes, they and you will both be prosecuted.


  2. Yes, they will.  They don't take these things lightly.  The person could do some serious prison time, not to mention, they could lose the privilege of having a driver's license for a very long time.  

  3. Why wouldn't they? On top of that the DMV could easily assume it was a case of Identity Theft and the person could REALLY get in trouble.

  4. Since you need to have your photo ID driver's permit to take the test, I don't understand how you could pull that off.
