If someone in a position of authority sends

all younger people to do something and all the slightly older people are not encouraged to help (all have same job title) isn't that age discrimination?

On the positive side the person could be trying to give the younger ones more experience and might even trust them with more responsibilities because of their age and ability to learn and absorb.... okay I'm choking back the laughter...also could just be easier to take the p**s with younger people.

Because he is an idiot...bring in a camera and put it on youtube so if you want to make a lawsuit you have evidence and the media can cause havoc with it.
