  1. get preaproved for your loan first then you no what you can spend and rite a offer on the house of your dreams whenever you find it

  2. If it is their dream house, if you walk in that house and say this is it! Put the offer in immediatly. Odds are if you're in love with it, someone else is too, they just might be ya to the punch and you'll lose out.

Offers can always be taken back, they're never carved in stone.

If they're still looking around, well... it could be anytime. Days, weeks, months, never... It's up to them.

  3. Usually within a day or 2, they have their real estate agent draft it, but they could wait much longer.

    There is no timeline.

  4. Within a week or so of what?   If the home is listed for sale, the sooner you offer, the better.  Make sure you put a time limit for acceptance in your offer.

  5. NOPE

    Depends

This is buyers market and there is no rush to offer

BUT if they are interested, generally within 2 weeks

  6. Usually no more than a day or so.

It also depends on how many houses are on their list of possibilities.
