  1. Persons arrested for a domestic violence charge are not allowed to return to the place where the incident happened or have any contact with the other party for 72 hours upon their release from jail.

Police periodically check up within the 72 hour after their release.  Usually, when they are sent to house to recover any firearms that are to be turned over to police until the case is over.

If you want to be with the person, wait until the 72 hours is over.  If you care caught together, anywhere or anytime in the 72 hours, he will be returned to jail for violation of bail bond.

  2. What "that person" wants will not matter, it is still a violation of the court order, and the bond can be revoked.

They will not make a routine stop by the house. However, if someone tips them off, or if there is a complaint, the bond will be forfeited and he will be returned to jail.

  3. And why do you want to continue such a dysfunctional relationship?  Yes, the police can and often do find out.  All it takes is for someone who knows about the restraining order to make a phone call.

    Edit:

My brother in law has gone to jail many times because of him and his girlfriends violating restraining orders.  Most of the time these stupid women would let him move back in with the, and the same BS would happen again.  Something would happen, they'd get in a fight, and the law would be called.  It has happened several times with each girlfriend.  The last one that I know of called me one night after they had a violent fight and wanted me to come get him...even though she was stupid enough to let him move back in the fourth or fifth time.  I told her I wasn't getting involved and hung up on her.  She knows how to dial 911, but wouldn't do it because she'd be going to jail, which is exactly what happened.
