If someone is trying to get visitation rights to your child and you do not accept the papers what happens?

if its the  other parent, the court will set up its own schedule and you will be forced to follow it.  you cant keep  a parent away from their child unless you can prove them unfit.

You can't not accept the papers or you will be held in contempt of court and be put in jail.

You will show the courts that you are unwilling & unable to work civilly with the child's other parent for the child's benefit.  The court will take that into consideration when they are reviewing the custody & visitation agreements.  It will not look good for you.
