  1. what you want to do is stretch as far as you can

    and tap the tendon

    light chops or hammer fists

    your not gunna knock someone out

    not even light spar type stuff

    just keep tapping it, it loosens it and stretches it a little farther


  2. You could tear a muscle or ligament and they could break or hurt yyour knee

  3. If they kick you while you are doing a split, you will eventually tear something. If you're younger (18 or whatever) you could get away with it, but if you keep doing it, it will cause damage of some sort. Bruising for sure but tears will eventually happen. So stop it.
