That depends on state, country, and international laws.

Generally speaking, no.  Typically , you own only down to the depth of a few feet. After that, the city or state or country owns it, so that they can run pipes, sewers, or subways under your property.

In the case of something like oil or minerals, you might be able to file for something like "mineral rights" so that at least anybody that goes after it has to pay you for it.
