one of my really close friend said this to me i bought you a present and i didnt hardly buy anybody annything so what is that mean she is a friend

It means that she is unfamiliar with proper English as evidenced by the use of a double negative.  The double negative would negate itself, meaning she buys things for people all the time, but I think this is hardly what she meant.  She probably meant, "I bought you a present especially for you, and I don't typically buy presents for people."  So she really likes you enough to buy a present when she normally wouldn't do it for just anybody.  I don't know if you're implying anything else in your question, such as, "Does this mean she is interested in me romantically?" so I won't assume any such thing.
