  1. A major felony.

  2. A Class A Felony

  3. Only 2 years there? Oh prob some banker that took 10 mil from or some one that emptied everyones 401k plans but dont worry they will get off in a year for being a good boy and be back on the golf range with the JUDGE.

  4. Been there, done that. Its a prison that holds high risk offenders that have been in prison before. Or an inmate that's extremely violent or that has allot of points (violations) inside the prison system. But only spending 2 years there is not that bad. I know that sounds stupid. That's a short run as we call it. Especially in Quinten. Hes more than likely gang affiliated as well. God I hate that place. I tap out. Its also 85% good time work time so it would be about 625 days out of that 2 year run.

  5. I'm not sure somebody only doing 2 years would have committed a serious enough crime to be sent to San Quentin; they would most likely be kept in a lower security jail.
