Do you think they would accept a check from a lender like Capital One? They just hold onto the title until the check clears. Do you think the owners would do this or are they really just wanting cash only?

Its cheaper right now to get loans at 6.6% finance rate then to sale stocks that are gaining avr 10% so I want to pay w/ loan check.

  1. I am not going to  say I am one hundred percent sure about the answer.Besides it really depends on the personal feelings.SO it would better for you to find yourself. Here is a good resource.http://carloan.onlineidea.info/free-car-...

  2. People who want cash have probably been burned by bad checks in the past.

  3. They probably just don't want to have to worry whether or not a personal check will clear.  If you really want the car I would contact them and ask.  The worse they will say is "no, cash only."

  4. Cash only usually means cash only.  The seller doesn't want to wait for the check to clear--they need the money now.

You could always email them and ask.

  5. the only way ull no is by askin them and if they dont want to well then they just want cash
