  1. The cops around here won't do anything about people selling pot in broad daylight

  2. YES>

  3. Turn them in to who?? Obviously they thought that you might be a buyer if they contacted you or they were playing a joke. I cant imagine a real dealer being stupid enough to text people who werent already customers about selling them pot. Just tell them you're not interested and distance yourself from them. If you decide to nark them out remember that there can sometimes be consequences from your friends and even from the person you turned in. I'm not saying to ignore all crime but just make sure you are aware of what can happen if you do contact the authorities.

  4. no not unless you have indisputable proof

  5. It's a led.

  6. YES TEXTING COUNTS AS A WRITTEN STATEMENT

  7. Turn them into your supplier

  8. Of course not. I could say, or write whatever I want but does not mean its real. Look at the "inquirer" many movie stars should be behind bars for all the times they "caught on camera stars on drugs".

But if someone is harassing you, that is however illegal. You can get a restraining order or a number of things. I would contact the police department in your area and see what options they tell you you have.

  9. not really, you dont have any evidence besides them saying so

if you did and the police asked them they would say no anywayz besides they couold deny texting you and change their number
