  1. Many people are not open to shedding tears in public or otherwise.  Sometimes however, I feel that the weight of the world and all its angst may have just gotton the best of the person involved and tears come.  If you are a friend, then it can be a welcome hand, or arm to encourage the person to let it go and know that sometimes tears are good.  It cleanses the soul. It allows you to see a new and different perspective on things.  Show your concern and comfort but allow the person to get things out in the open and hopefully be able to discuss rationally when the tears have dried.  Everyone has a bad day once and a while.  The idea is to try to see the rainbow at the end of the storm.  Trouble doesn't last always.

  2. It depends, if the person doesn't like to be seen crying, it would be best to forget about it. It might be a touchy subject and it might make them feel embarassed if you talk about it later on. If they don't mind, then I guess it would be safe to bring it up again, but only when they've recovered from the incident. If they don't seem to be over it, if they can't talk about it later on, it would be best to void it altogether. It's a private thing you know, crying. It might be alright talking about what made them cry without mentioning their breakdown. It depends. But you have to be careful in these situations. And if you don't know the person well enough, just avoid it as much as possible.

  3. no because if u mention them crying then they will remember the reason that they cried but when you talk to the person u calm them down a little

  4. Please be more specific. It completely depends on the situation! : )
