  1. No.  There is a difference between thinking thoughts and doing behavior.  

    If a person thinks about hurting someone, or saying, "I am going to kill you" it does not  make them a murderer.

    You can think pedophile thoughts and not be a child rapist.


  2. If they think those thoughts, they are innately paedophiles. If they act out those thoughts, they will be called paedophiles.
