i think it realy depends on how they said it..

if they were holding back it might be in a bad way..

but i think different is good!

If you are concerned about it, and it sounds like you are, then ask who ever told you that what they meant.  Being different could mean a lot of things.

Just ask them, in what way are you different?

It's good or bad, it depends on how people say it...or use it.

it really depends how they sounded when they said "you're different"

they can look at you in the weirdest manner and say, "you're different"

or give you the softest, dreamy eyes and say, "you're different"

or even look at you in an angry manner and say, "you're different"

well, it's a compliment coz they can see you uniquely. they can see the other you. it's just a way of people on how they see you. but trust me, ur normal. no one's really weird.

I think its a way of saying you have a unique personality. And unique is always good.
